Prices vary and are individually priced and based on the services provided and/or the size of the signing package. Please contact us for a quote. A travel fee is not included in the standard notary fee and will be prepaid for mobile notary public services.
The State of Texas Government Code Ann. § 406.024 sets out the maximum fees a Notary Public may charge for notary public services. Notaries are also required to post their fees for the public. Here is a list of allowable fees for the most common notarial services:
Protesting a bill or note for non-acceptance or non-payment, register and seal
